Web design & build

Sites that load fast and answer the buying question.

What it is

Neon Frame Creative is a UK creative media studio that designs and builds websites that are fast, accessible, measurable, and handed over to you rather than held on our platform.

The site is where the recommendation gets verified.

Referrals open the door; the website decides whether anyone walks through it. That verification happens on a phone, late, alone, with nobody from your team present to explain anything. A site has about sixty seconds to answer who you are, what it costs and how to start, and most sites spend that time on an org chart.

Speed is a design decision, not a technical afterthought.

Every image, font and script is a choice someone made. We build static-first, keep third-party scripts out unless they earn their place, and treat the performance budget as part of the brief. It is not purity: a three-second load is the difference between being considered and not.

Built to hand over, not to hostage.

You get the code, the domain and the hosting account in your own name, and a site your team can edit without a retainer. We are happy to keep working on it, but because you want us to rather than because leaving is expensive. Anything else is a commercial arrangement dressed up as a technical constraint.

What you get

  • Design and build, mobile first
  • Landing pages and campaign microsites
  • CMS setup your team can actually use
  • Accessibility to WCAG AA
  • Analytics, events and conversion tracking
  • Handover: code, hosting and domain in your name

Where it leads

One of six disciplines. See all of them · most briefs need more than one, and planning them together is what stops anything being made twice.

Web: straight answers

Asked and answered

How much does a website cost?
Page count matters far less than how many genuinely different templates and integrations are needed. A campaign microsite is a fraction of a multi-service site with a CMS, gated documents and a CRM connection. We scope by template and integration, then quote.
Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?
Yes. The CMS is set up around the things you will actually change (copy, images, listings, posts) rather than exposing every setting. We hand over the code, hosting and domain in your name, and train whoever is going to be doing it.
Do you handle SEO as part of a build?
The technical foundation, yes: metadata per page, structured data, clean headings, a generated sitemap, fast loads and accessible markup. Ongoing content and link work is a separate conversation, and we will say plainly when a ranking problem is a content problem rather than a build one.
