Social & digital content

Enough good work to post every week, not every quarter.

What it is

Neon Frame Creative is a UK creative media studio that plans and produces always-on social and digital content, built from planned shoot days so a channel can run weekly instead of in bursts.

Most channels fail on supply, not ideas.

Teams do not stop posting because they run out of thoughts. They stop because there is nothing to post with. A channel fed by campaign leftovers goes quiet between campaigns, which is exactly when it needed to be building. Supply is a production problem and it is solved before the calendar is written.

One filming day is a quarter of content.

A planned session with a few people, working to a shot list built against a content calendar rather than one campaign, produces enough film, stills and quotes to post weekly for three months. Commissioning each post separately costs several times as much and produces work that does not look like it came from one place.

Report on enquiries, not applause.

Reach and likes are inputs. What matters is whether the channel produced conversations, and whether the people having them were the right ones. We report against that, which sometimes means telling you a post that performed well brought in nobody worth talking to.

Where it leads

One of six disciplines. See all of them · most briefs need more than one, and planning them together is what stops anything being made twice.

Social: straight answers

Asked and answered

What does social content management include?
Planning, production, scheduling, community management and reporting. The production half is what makes the rest work: without planned shoot days a calendar is just a list of things nobody has the assets to post. We do both rather than managing a channel we cannot feed.
How often should we be posting?
Weekly, consistently, beats daily in bursts followed by silence. The honest answer is that the right frequency is whatever your supply can sustain for a year, so we set it from the production plan rather than from a best-practice chart.
Can you produce a podcast as well?
Yes, and it is one of the most efficient formats going: a single recording session produces the episode, the video version, the clips and the written content. We handle production, editing, artwork and distribution to the podcast platforms.
